Newport Children's Medical Group

Being a new mom is absolutely nerve-racking, but the staff at a Newport Children's Medical Group, alleviate many many of my concerns not to mention my baby's pediatrician Dr. Roxas is awesome and absolutely understanding, always able to thoroughly explain things that I need to know as a new parent.  I absolutely recommend him to anyone that is a nervous parent like me. Thanks again Dr. Roxas!

Have had the best experience with all the doctors here but dr Roxas is the main pediatrician to my children. He takes all my concerns into account, he saw my second child in the hospital and had a very pleasant demeanor. As a family we are extremely happy with the care dr Roxx has provided our family.

My daughter and I come here to see Dr. Simpson and she is always so great with my kid. She's observant, friendly, and professional. I love how she always shows me her laptop to show me how much my daughter has grown. My daughter is 2 years old now and I couldn't be happier with the service here. We also love their text notifications days before visits and how easy it is to reschedule. We would give this place 5 stars. Woop!

Thank you so very much for caring! Kaela, in the Newport Beach office, has been so attentive, kind & efficient over the past 2 days regarding something I needed attended to for my daughter.  She made the doctor aware of our need & with her help, everything was taken care of in a very timely manner.   Then Elisabeth, who has always been so helpful & thorough, followed up with me to make sure that all our needs were taken care of. On top of that, I really appreciate Dr. Sheppard! She is always so willing to spend the time necessary with my daughter on whatever we are seeing her for.  She is easy-going & she cares. Seriously don't even deserve a one star rating! When one decides to become a Dr. They are agreeing to work with patients that are sick! Part of being a dr is to HELP SICK PATIENTS! It's really disgusting to me that they refuse to see and help patients that don't have a voice! My daughter is 6 months old! She needs to be seen by her primary doctor, not take up resources in our emergency room! I'm highly disappointed in the "policy" of this medical group. Dr Valerie S. Was great until she refused to do her job. I will not be recommending any more of my friends to NCMG.After going to CHOC, where Dr's actually DO THEIR JOB! We found out my daughter had an EAR INFECTION! At least the drs at choc take their oath to help the sick, seriously!
