This is the worst eye care possible. Ive been waiting for over 2 months for my new glasses. They came in once and the bifocals were almost as big as the lenses. The lady told me that she would order them right away and that was over 2 weeks ago. They never answer the phone and the voice mail is full I have to actually go to the office to talk to a live person . I do not recommend them for anything. There mission says improving quality of life through excellence in eye care and patient experience. Well my experience was terrible.

I will agree with the previous review. The scheduling department needs training and being on hold for long periods of time frustrating. But unfortunately, they are not the only medical group where I have experienced this situation. Once you make it to your appointment, I give them 5 stars. I have found the medical staff professional, efficient and seems caring. We have been going to them for two years and our family will continue to use them.

Great people, Dr. Nancy Tsui was absolutely fantastic...But, (A) Incorrect posting of Open Hours and, (B) Finished glasses availability was 2+ weeks late. Details: (A) Open times and days not listed on their website. Google business profile says open Thursdays. But they are not open any Thursdays except last Thurs of month by appointment. Wasted an hour (driving). I submitted open hours correction to Google. (B) Was told glasses would be available at about 3 weeks. Called at 5 + weeks wondering if they had arrived yet. Late.
