My husband and I were connected to John through our realtor and he was absolutely amazing to work with! As first time home buyers and in such a crazy market with high interest rates, we definitely needed someone knowledgeable and patient to help us find a loan that was the best fit for us with the best rate possible and John made sure to explain our options thoroughly. He's also very responsive, honest, caring and makes sure to walk you through the entire process start to finish. He was even available to answer questions at almost 10pm when we were signing paperwork! John truly goes above and beyond for his clients. I highly recommend using his services. My family and I will definitely be going to him for all our future home or property purchases.

John helped me through my whole home buying experience in a phenomenal fashion. I had many issues on my side as far as qualifying and he went out of his way several times to make sure the deal worked out for me. John and his team will put in serious work to get you right, he works on a personal level and gives a type of 1 on 1 support you wont get anywhere else. 10/10 recommend and I will 100% be buying with him again.

John is AMAZING and one of the best in the industry. His industry knowledge is superior. He's patient, responsive, honest, and doesn't mind using layman's terms. He made himself available morning, noon, night, and weekends. Even after I closed escrow, he was available. John goes above and beyond for his clients.
