So rude on the phone. Try to tell me about my financial situation. And had not pulled my credit information . Saying you will never pay them off by yourself . And literally tried to compare me to other clients financial situations. Note: I simply called to ask if they issued loans or they were debt consolidation place.

Very rude and impatient on the phone. Called me late in the evening to ask questions and would not wait until I got my files out to answer their questions. They also would not email a list of questions so I could have prepared all of them. I decided to go with another company that still has manners and decency.

This is a really dishonest home security company that says one thing and does another opposite. For example they say they will get you a loan at 4.25% but when all is said & done they end charging you 5.25% on a loan of $20,000.

Mike Baker was outstanding in helping me get the refinance of my mortage and a cash out program. He was always available to answer questions and kept me informed of everything that was going on with my loan forms and paperwork. Being on the East Coast and him on the West Coast he would answer my phone call or return it as soon as he could and always had a answer to any questions I would leave on his voice mail. Thanks Mike for your help in getting this done. Very Professional at what he does would highly recommend Mike to anyone.
