I contacted Vance to assist with a Refi. I tried other lenders and did not have any success. I am a business owner and my documents make it a challenge for some. Not for Vance. He got me a a 30 year fixed at a GREAT interest rate. Where others so no or sorry, Vance makes it happen and gets the job done. I highly recommend Vance for a great experience and a wealth of knowledge most do not have.

Ive used Vance for multiple Refis and have always had a great experience! Very quick to respond to my questions and concerns and always delivers on what hes says he will do. Ive recommended him to friends and one of them refid 3 of his houses. Things went so well for him that he had Vance fund a new home loan. And he doesnt want to use anyone else anymore!

Helpful & patient! The house buying and mortgage process can be a scary and frustrating experience. We couldn't have been happier with the referral we received from our fabulous realtors for these mortgage services. Not only did he get us financed on a second home, but he was able to do magic for our initial home mortgage as well. We have also used his services for repeat refi as well as buying homes not only in SoCal but in Texas! Definitely recommended!
