Wonderful environment with caring and loving staff. Activities are well planned and academic curriculum is  excellent.

My daughter has been attending here since 16 months of age, she is now 5 1/2.  The staff is warm, loving ( like a second family), they are professional, have maintained a safe and healthy environment during precarious times with a pandemic, they provide an enriching environment that fosters learning and creativity. My eldest daughter attended Mariners Christian School, I have to say that I am more impressed with this school and plan on keeping my youngest daughter here through 6th grade.

My daughter attended preschool here for a year, and we absolutely loved it! Due to COVID, we were unsure of our options for in-person learning, and we chose this school because they offered in-person instruction during a time of uncertainty. We also wanted to try a Montessori school to help my daughter learn at her own pace and become more independent. This past year has been quite different due to all the COVID safety protocols. Many events were either canceled or modified to allow for safety, but they tried their best to keep us involved and were excellent at communicating what we needed to know. I enjoyed using the Brightwheel app to check her in/out of school, communicate with teachers, and get pictures & updates daily. My daughter absolutely loved Ms. Camargo and Ms. Santos and had nothing but wonderful things to say about them. I felt at ease knowing that she was well taken care of everytime I dropped her off. This school regularly involves the kids in special events throughout the year, including many of the holidays. We enjoyed the Christmas performances and the end of the year promotion ceremony. I am amazed at how much she's grown over the past year. Her communication skills have improved, as well as her writing skills. She was doing speech therapy prior to starting preschool, and the socialization with teachers and other kids has definitely helped her improve her speech. She now colors within the lines. She can write her name and knows the sounds of the alphabet. She loved talking about her friends at school, and I know she misses them. We are sad to leave as she will start kindergarten elsewhere this upcoming fall. ICMA will always have a special place in our hearts.
