Ive been with Gus Alva for a couple years now. We do phone appointments to keep up on everything. The staff is extremely professional and flexible. I am extremely happy with them. They are probably one of the best offices Ive worked with. Very thankful

I wish it was possible to give a zero star review. The front desk is absolutely rude and puts you on hold without even letting you know mid sentence. I would not trust them with anything medical. Looks like a scheme to get insurance money and dip. It's so sad that our health care system is so utterly broken to let people like him exist and thrive. Absolutely unacceptable.

Avoid this clinic. Even for patients that have been with them for long-term they treat you like trash. I stayed with them for convenience as finding a new provider is always hell, but my recent interaction with them has motivated me to find another provider who isn't so disorganized. Avoid this mess if you can.

If people didn't need help from doctors, I don't think anyone would bother trying to see them but.....we do need the help. I am not a patient but a caregiver and my first meeting with Dr. Alva was actually really good....I was hoping this was the beam of light we were looking for. After all....our parents are our most important treasures and I really wanted my mom to have the help I could not provide. That's been the only good visit so far....I am so sad and frustrated, mom has had two scheduled visits and both have been confirmed in person but somehow...they have been changed to virtual/telephone. Not feeling great about this office yet....I have to stay positive because I want my mom to get help but so far....this office is not letting me feel confident about what's going on :( I am crossing my fingers that some thing good will happen. I will re-visit my post if I can change it.
