Professional staff and super helpful attitude. I bought a suit and they helped to tailor it twice to the perfect shape before i fly back to Australia. Especially thanks for Nisha! Absolutely an A+ sale consultant.

The customer service is OUTSTANDING . My stylist is Eric and he is amazing . Nisha and Jessica have also assisted me. One order was very complicated and Eric was unavailable . Nisha assisted me as if I were her customer . I felt bad and asked would she get the commission . She said ," no we work as a team ". She said it was her pleasure . The manager Chris is so personable and literally  greets me by name every time I come in. I shared how pleased I was with the experiences I'd had . He said it pleased him to hear that. He too shared that they all help one another. I have gone to other high end retailers in So. Coast and they ALL need to be trained by Chris. Many of the commission based associates are cut throat if you come  in and share that someone else helped you before. They may as well say , just wait til that person comes in because I need my commission . Totally opposite of Eric's team at Thom Browne .
