Renu Therapy

We bought a 8 person sauna and two ice baths for our gym. Firstly the process of ordering our pieces is disjointed. We chose our specific items from the website and paid, then they sent a survey for us to chose our items AGAIN which resulted in the WRONG sauna being sent, which was only discovered once we had set up the sauna. Because of this disjointed process we didn't get the items we actually wanted. Then since being open two months we have a significant problem with the smell coming from the tubs and the tubs being built in a way which makes cleaning really tough and filters need to be constantly changed. We have notified Renu a number of times and they send a contractor to look at this issue and they basically can't help in anyway. I am really disappointed in this company, we have spent a lot of money and to not only get the wrong sauna because of their terrible ordering system and now the constant smell from the 'ozone' (who makes a ice bath that smells like sulfur and thinks that's and ok thing to sell onto customers, it makes us look bad and insane) unfortunately this is the top of line option for commercial use. We are opening more locations and will be switching to a different company for our ice baths and saunas.

I couldnt be happier with my stoic 2.0 cold plunge and sauna thanks to the team at Renu. Their products are extremely high quality and look amazing. The service and support is 2nd to none. Ryan, Chanel and Steve have been extremely responsive and helpful anytime Ive needed them. Their response time is unbelievably quick. If anything requires attention they address it immediately. I am enjoying my products and am so glad I purchased from them. I am a customer for life. I highly recommend Renu and would certainly use them again!

I can't say enough good things about my plunge and the company. Steve and the rest of the Team go out of their way to make sure that all of their customers are properly taken care of with each purchase. At some point, I plan to purchase a sauna and based on my experience with Renu, I will look to them for this purchase as well.

Bill and the entire team at Renu Therapy are world class. Their cold tub design and creation are the best in the market. Being an avid XPT exposure practitioner, having access to a clean/cold/well built tub has changed the game for me. I highly recommend Renu for all Cold tub needs.
