I inherited my grandmothers rolex and wanted to get it dialed in and refreshed. I was referred to Scott by many people whove done business here for years & was blown away! The watch was finished in a few days and with being Bi-coastal he overnighted it to me. It arrived looking brand new! Also special thank you to Tan as well! 10/10 recommend.

NEGLIGENT WATCH REPAIR. RUINED my watch!!!! AVOID. DO NOT TAKE A WATCH HERE FOR REPAIRS OR EVEN A SIMPLE BATTERY. I took in my basiclumi nox dive watch here for a simple new battery onJune22, 2023. Days later, first time in the water since, it LEAKED, now FOGGED and BROKEN. Properly re-sealing a dive watch should be battery replacement 101. This watch 'was' utmost waterproof, a 20 ATM rating, it has been scuba diving 4 times in the past few months (and countless times before that), countless recent showers, pools, spas, ocean, etc. NO issues whatsoever with it being waterproof,NEVER. A FEW DAYS AFTER THE NEW BATTERY it went into water, FOGGED and DEAD. I took it back into the "watch repair" person who, of course, claimed it must have failed and he was not to blame. I noted it had been waterproof all its life until he opened it up for a new battery, and OBVIOUSLY DID NOT SEAL it correctly. He denied any wrongdoing and said I needed to have it resealed at considerable expense. INCOMPETENCE and GROSS NEGLIGENCE, at best, SABOTAGEat worst. I cannot imagine if this was a more expensive watch how further livid I would be. This watch had enormous sentimental value, and is now ruined. I am certain the repair (via a competent repair person) will exceed the value of the watch, but it was my father's and means a lot to me.
