What a wonderful place to get watches repaired and serviced. I have absolute confidence in their wide knowledge in watch repair having brought my vintage Rolex there and am looking forward to working with them on my Omegas, Seikos, Etc. Staff is super friendly and makes you feel at ease when you work with them. I'm not curtain why people would ever rate this lower than 5 stars as I've never had a bad interaction with them ever. Highly recommended.

Joe, Your kindness toward my 92 year-old dad with his Elgin pocket watch touches both my sister's and my hearts. You reminded us that sometimes what our elderly parents need is just someone to REALLY listen and appreciate what matters to THEM. It's not about "fixing" something, but about empathy. You certainly exude amazing kindness to him. We cannot thank you enough. Also, thank you so much for the life lesson, and for your kind heart. I was not there that day, but my sister relayed the story to me. You are an amazing human being.

Jostmar provides excellent and honest personalized service. The staff treats your prized watches as if they were their own. There are a lot of places to service your watch, especially at South Coast Plaza, but none go above and beyond like Jostmar.

I went there to show him my watch because of winding problem, Joe was so honest and told me it is better for me to come after Christmas because of waiting time. He has a wonderful customer service skill. I will be there January 2th. Update: They fixed my watch. Nareg & Joe are awesome. Best customer service experience.
