Went to exchange a necklace for one with a bigger stone, that was tried on once & could not be worn because it was choking my wife. Yolantah was telling me that the necklace had been worn several times, basically calling me a liar. Do not purchase anything from this store without final confirmation that it fits well because you will not be able to exchange it or return it. Very disappointed. The audacity to tell if I would like to send this piece to get repaired, when I am explaining how it has only been tried on once. Worst customer service Ive had in many years.

My last visit was a let down as I felt the customer service when dealing with a repair of a necklace was to say the least pitiful as the male who attended to our requests gave me the feeling of he being a higher caliber chauvinistic snob . Thats all I will say about that visit. Will I ever return to purchase additional jewelry.. maybe maybe not

I have been this boutiques customer since 2016 and always had a pleasant experience until today when I wanted to return a ring I didnt like after purchasing it with my watch last week, the customer service went down to a 0 the second I walked in. The associate quickly told me that the ring had wear signs on them and they arent able to take back. I mentioned to her that I only wore it for one day and hated the silver look and Ill even take the gold one but she ignored me fully. I wasnt bringing in a wear and tear item, had only worn it the first day. I asked if I can speak to a supervisor and she had the same tone with robotic responses suggesting I should gift it to someone after they clean and engrave it beCuse I dont like it??!!. Thats how you take care of your customers? Now I understand why the associates make you wear the item as soon as you purchase it so they dont have to take the return and impact their commission.
