Having worked with them over the past 10+ years I can confidently say that their commitment to providing the best marketing and events is second to none. I would not be where I am today without this outstanding organization.

Pass on the brunch, but visit the other restaurants inside. This morning I was at the Gateway for a local market event and decided to stop by HallPass for some food. I will say that HallPass has a fantastic Instagram and pictures of their brunch convinced me to give a shot. Brunch works like this: you seat yourself, scan the QR code at your table to view the menu, and wait for a server to take your order. Service was slow but after deciding on a drink and an Autumn waffle, I did appreciate that I could close my tab after telling the server my order and pay right away. My Autumn waffle was good but I was disappointed to get plastic utensils for a dine-in brunch. The server forgot our drinks until I asked another server about it. The DJ today was not very pleasant. The music was too loud and club-like. Chatting with my friend while the music was blaring was challenging. I'd be open to giving HallPass another chance in the future, but not for brunch. Perhaps Graffiti Bao for lunch will be a more enjoyable experience if I visit again.

I have had multiple first hand experiences with HallPass events and can gladly attest that they have all been top notch. They execute many interesting and enjoyable events at an extremely high caliber. The staff is incredibly diligent, hard working and considerate. The yield of their efforts is a amazing product and I would recommend both their services and their events to all.
