      image Dishonest and unethical insurance agent. I was owed a refund and followed up multiple times without any response or refund issued. On my recent followup 6 months later, I was told he isnt responsible for the refund. I gave him my business for years. Its always taken 2-3 attempts of contact to get any followup. Just another slimy insurance agent that doesnt actually work.
      UPDATE: While Ken has claimed to have finally sent the check, its been 3 weeks and nothing has shown up. I dont think this man is capable of being honest.
