Beautiful salon with Aveda products! When walking in and greeted I was offered the signature Aveda tea. Lovely decor and very clean salon. The new lines of products displayed perfectly. My stylist offered the hand treatments during my shampoo and conditioning. As well as explaining the treatment and products. Love Aveda and truly enjoy this Aveda salon.

Sarah was amazing! I got both color and cut...she excelled at both. It was my first visit and I thought I would be treated differently. I was wrong. She took her time and made great suggestions.

So happy to find a 32 ounce Camomile and Bleu Mauve shampoo and accompanying conditioners. Totally bummed as they have both been discontinued! Anyway service was great and the lovely lady at the register was so kind and helpful and showed me a couple of products I can use in the future! This is a bustling business yet she took the time to make sure there was any stock in the back! Cheers to that lovely tall lady at the register wearing all black! You made my day!!!

I came here with no expectations, I have to say my experience was rather odd. I felt short handed on a consulation with my hair, and that my stylist was uncommunicative with me and uninterested, and she didn't seem to want to answer my questions or know how the end result would be, it was undecided on my pre existing hair, or did not even really talk to me or comb through my hair, I have never had a experience like that at Aveda before and being in silence or needing some more attention to detail or feeling beside myself for still full pay, or If I needed something else. I thought coming here it would be fancy or I have been to locations with junior stylists in San Diego and everything in between and and I could not know the direction in how my hair was going and how it was going to fade out. I didn't do anything drastic cutting wise and with the dye I made a basic decision that I came to conclusion guessing it myself and a really like baby trim end result to play it safe because I wasn't receiving any direction really. I am a bit upset because with this month my hair has faded with a month, and I am going to need a cut with thinning again, so I am also left with a undertone that did not mesh with my pre existing hair and not a smooth process, or informed very much. It was awkward for me, and what I thought I was really ready to tackle my hair this day since I have been really needing it to be dyed dark and a appointment and cut with a stylist for a long while, it was for my birthday, the place was empty inside other than that, and I was not at ease or felt very cared for or understanding of what I was doing to my hair. My hair did not feel Aveda clean afterwards or a relaxed like I think of when I think of Aveda. I chose Aveda because I have sensitive skin as well so I wanted them to also know that, so I dint want like a residue to still be on me. It was drab and depressing, temporary results for a price I could have a real one on one with a stylist. I left with the new color shampoo but it was really greasy on my hair, all in all just did not work out how I thought it would be. I have been going to Aveda since I was 11 years old, I would say their like my choice for a good natural salon, but maybe I have been luck and should keep going to the same stylist. It looked fine and dark at first, nothing jarring, again I had to play it safe cause it was a real quiet process but I didn't get a lasting color and I feel I have to start all over with my hair again, and it has a leftover warmth added again.
