After 23 sessions I feel a difference in strength and mental wellbeing. There is more work to be done to get back to where I was 18 months ago. Having trained for five years and then all but stop was not a good move. I found ELEV8 online looking for fitness centers in the area. I was looking for something smaller than the big fitness centers, that can have to many people. The equipment in ELEV8 is vast and they appear to add new equipment at different intervals. The trainers do a great job staying on top of the individuals they work with, both assisting on how to do new exercises and watching for incorrect movements to prevent injury. I feel I have made a great decision for my needs. A big shout out to my trainer Bryant and team ELEV8

I lived in Costa Mesa for 9 years and Ive been to a few gyms before Elev8. Let me tell you that I wish I wouldve found this gym sooner! The staff just made me feel welcomed, and the members did too! Everyone is just so friendly!! Not only that the gym is always clean and I love the equipment! I recently moved to LA and although I cant be there more than 3 days a week Im happy to be there the days that I can! The best gym in all of OC!

ELEV8 its the best !!! Hands down, best choice Ive made training at ELEV8. This gym its fully equipped and clean with Kind, friendly and knowledgeable trainers that are very motivating. Big thank you to owner Kat that has many years of experience in nutrition. She has help me manage and finally have my PCOS under control with her personalized diet plan. That is easy to follow and prepare my food for the week. I look forward to keep my health journey with all the help and support that I get from Kat and Elev8s team

Love how convenient, well kept and clean the gym is. I have been a member for over a year and I am super happy :)
