Old guy very bad actitud, definitely dont recommend this place( he talks bad to customers, not polite at all) awful employee

My girlfriend and I are frequent customers at this 76 location in Costa Mesa where Newport Blvd meets the 55 North Ramp. Most of the employees at this location go above and beyond, Greeting you as you walk through the door, and thanking you as you leave.. I went into this gas station to buy some snacks and pay for some gas. So i picked up 2 rice puddings, and noticed my shoes had been untied.. So i set them down back inside of the fridge area. Mind you, the whole time i was in visible range of the register, so the younger Hispanic male employee, who works Saturday afternoon/evening (didn't happen to catch his name, because he had no nametag.) Anyways he could see me the whole time(i wasn't hiding or anything).  So i bend over to tie my shoes and next thing i know I notice someone standing about a foot away from me. He proceeded to tell me to pull up my pantleg of my right leg, so i do so, then he asks me to do the same with my left leg, during this time, no one was watching the cash register, because the only employee at the time was this guy. So he's doing this Infront of a store full of customers, my girlfriend being one of the customers.. and humiliated myself and my girlfriend in the process. He continued to ask me what i stole (i guess having me lift my pantleg a up and giving him a complete 360 view of myself wasn't enough for him. now remember, this is a gas station where i know this guy's seen my girl and i spend anywhere from $50-$100 a day at for the last 6 months or so. Even after he was wrong about me stealing and had completely humiliated me, HE STILL CONTINUED TO HAVE AN ATTITUDE WITH ME. luckily my girlfriend was there to keep me a little more level headed. So we decided to just leave. I will probably NEVER return to this location atleast when he is working. I hope anyone who goes there doesn't have to deal with the unprofessionalism of this guy. He is a Hispanic male in his probably early 20s and about 5ft7in tall. Works Saturday afternoon/evening. So i would hope anyone who goes there doesn't tie there shoes in the store  or you might have to go thru a TSA security check by a 76 gas station employee.lol I hope before he accuses someone again, that he ACTUALLY SEES THE PERSON STEAL SOMETHING. NOT JUST ASSUMES.. ALSO, WE WERE DRESSED NICELY, and drive a pretty nice car, it is not like we looked homeless.  But this person treated us as if we were.

Mediocre job. A decent amount often my car is still pretty dirty and I didn't noticed till I tipped and drove off. Oh well, no big deal. I'll try out another wash around here sometime next week.

Absolutely best car wash for ease, time, cost, and customer service! I have been coming for years for gas and quick wash. This car wash does NOT have bristles or flaps of material that come down hard on one's car (which I like as less likely to scratch paint or damage.) You can pay at gas pump for wash or with cashier. Two persons wash your car, then car with you inside goes through high powered rinse with wax and spot free rinse, and someone hand dries your car at end. The staff here is friendly, care about customers, and thankful for your business. I always tip them well as they are working hard in the hot sun to get you through fast and they are appreciative. For the interior, vacuums are on-site if needed or go to a full service wash. Stop by for gas and a car wash. You will be glad you did.
