They were so lovely and helpful. I bought a piece of furniture from a now-defunct store several years ago, and when the hinge broke I had no way to order a replacement. The Old Bones staff helped me even though I had not purchased the furniture at the store. So helpful!

I want to say that their pricing is really reasonable and great I purchased a European wood cabinet and they even provided me the care kit oil. Sheila and Sean are both very friendly and nice. Be sure to visit here if you are shopping for special furniture piece.

Save yourself the headache. Ordered a couch in August that was supposed to arrive by the end of October. In early January they claimed they have it in their warehouse, but its been three weeks and it still hasnt shipped. I honestly dont think it exists and were getting the runaround. Edit after the owner's response: You don't have my name because it was my husband's order. I think you're very aware of your business practices.

This is the first review I've ever made but feel it is necessary. I'm not sure how Old Bones is still able to do business. This was a terrible experience. 3 months after a sofa I ordered was scheduled to be delivered, Old Bones still couldn't give me an estimate of when it would be shipped...so I cancelled the order. After a frustrating amount of time going back and forth with Old Bones support, they finally agreed to cancel the order. So I ordered a sofa from a different company. The Old Bones sofa still ended up being delivered so they refused to refund the purchase. Eventually, after months of back and forth, they agreed to refund $500 for the trouble. It's been almost a year since they agreed to the refund but still nothing. My emails are usually ignored and when they do respond they simply say that they are looking into it or working with finance. There are so many more frustrating details. Please don't try to save a few bucks by purchasing from Old Bones. It's not worth your time. This is a horrible company.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Buy furniture anywhere online other than here! Former Designer from Four Hands here - TRUST THE BAD REVIEWS - Every 1 Star review has gone through the same experience as us. 2 YEAR NIGHTMARE! My mother in law ordered a sleeper sofa in Dec. 2022 when she moved in, and they kept saying it had shipped, but she did not receive for almost 5 months! We had to buy an expensive air mattress just so guests had somewhere to sleep. We tried to cancel within the first few months, but they would not let us. Mind you, we still did not have a sofa. They said they would refund us several hundred dollars for the inconvenience, but they never did. Weeks later, we called them back, and they said they saw a bad review we wrote and they would NOT REFUND US UNTIL WE PULLED DOWN OUR NEGATIVE REVIEW. So my mother-in-law frantically spent hours trying to contact Google and Yelp to take down her reviews. She was unable to do so on one site, and Old Bones said they wouldn't refund until she could get it down. Blackmail at best. On top of this, their customer service reps responded to my husband's refund inquiry email and accidentally forwarded him their internal emails between their customer service team which has context of them mocking my husband and family asking for a refund ("it's this guy again asking for his refund"), We sent all of these documents over to our bank with our dispute. It's not worth it - Trust us! Lots of other places to buy Four Hands and other vendors. They only display the positive reviews on their front page. I'm all about supporting local businesses, but this place has to be a front for something else. I just can't imagine the owners not caring this much about their business and service.
