        Sergio is great installer. Hamid was sales rep who is very responsive and will come out and measure any time. Only issue is he seemed offended when you would question prices or want an explanation for prices. Great carpet and quick install. Good company.Response to reply: The owners response is not true. I was actually not given a discount, I was given a higher rate than the rate I paid for a job I had done earlier that SAME week because of "the economy" and a brand new rule that must have just been put in to effect within the few days. Rather than argue, I will post the exact conversation screenshots so those viewing my review can decide for themselves about the company and way they communicate business. See below photos

        We have used Carpet Depot twice in the last few months. Once for a rental house and also for our condo where we live. The scheduling, install, choices, communication where all top notch with pricing that was very good.
