During the holidays, I was looking for a Christmas present for my mom. I received outstanding customer service from the manager, Robby and she help me pick out a perfect bag that was based off my moms color, preferences and style. She paid a lot of attention to detail.

I was on a business trip to California and I went to the Furla store at South Coast Plaza in Orange County. I had the most amazing experience and service by the manager Robby. I bought the Furla Net bag which I love. When I got home I called Robby and bought another Furla bag the Primula K and love it just as much. I highly recommend the Furla store in South Coast Plaza and of course the manager Robby who gave me 1st class service.

When I need a good quality handbag with a pop of color, Furla is my go to! The quality is great! I have expensive designer handbags bags, but Furla holds her own against my other handbags! Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing Furla at the South Coast Plaza in OC. The customer service was exceptional; they promptly answered all my queries and provided helpful recommendations. The bag exceeded my expectations and Robby beyond thoughts brought my bag at my home in San Clemente. I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase, and I highly recommend this service for anyone in search of a reliable and high-quality bag.

I brought the purse at south coast plaza FurLA store in 6/13/2023. when I carry it in 6/17/2023. I found it out, the purse broke as the picture. I went back to the store today which is 6/17/2023 . the people work there , name are Matthero, Gbelle, Jack . I asked could you please do something about it. I would like to exchange it. I brought 4days ago, they told me they cant do anything about it , they have to send out to fixed then send back, I said but I just bought it 4 days ago,not even really used , they told me its their policy. I said I am very disappointed and frustrated about it. Its over$ 400 dollars purse . They started being very inpatient and rude, only replying. We can not do anything. Its our policy. I asked can I speak to your manager, they told me , we dont have manager today so I asked when manager will be back, they told me , they dont know. I said ok, do you have a number to call, they told me, no number I was so so disappointed. I would told everybody do not buy their stuff. Not worth it. The employees are awful people! They dont ever show a little bit sympathy or one word about they are sorry happened to my purse , the lady Gbelle asked me what did do your purse, have you put something heavy I showed her what I have put my purse, a phone, a card holder, a car key. Feel so humiliated the way the treated me I cant believe south coast plaza hired those people. Also world famous band like FURLA would let people treat customer like that. I would never buy anything from them, told all my friends never buy FURLA . It is a nightmare!!!!0 star Dont Buy it !!!!!
