Dr Karia helped me understand my condition through explanation and referenced reading material. I especially appreciated her willingness to listen carefully to my concerns and through research of past records, validated my concerns especially about statin medications and my negative reactions to them. Dr. Kariya is always attentive and willing to work with me on my concerns. Shes never dismissive. Ive been with Dr. Kariya for 6 years and hope to be with her much longer.

Dr. Kariya is a wonderful PCP. She takes her time during the appointment and she always makes me feel so comfortable. Even though I moved farther away, I still decided to stick with Dr. Kariya as my PCP because when you find a good one, they are hard to come by! I trust her judgment and her medical opinions. Most importantly, she makes me feel heard as a patient. Always a great experience whenever I see her for an appointment.
