Milano Doors

Milano Doors is the most irresponsible company I have ever done business with... I spent $4000 on a pair of iron doors that were scheduled for delivery March 30th. This date is important because I have a project schedule to keep, I would not have ordered these doors if they couldn't be delivered by that date. Well, I got a shipping notification on March 30th that they had shipped, great news right?! Wrong... I waited a few days and nothing, finally a week after the shipping notification I called Milano Doors to find out what the deal was. They told me there had been a mistake and the doors hadn't shipped at all and were still waiting to be finished. They said they would call me back the following day with a more definitive timeline, which never happened. I called back today, two days later, only to be told my order wouldn't ship until Monday the 12th. Not only will my order not ship until two weeks after it's original scheduled delivery date, but I can't even trust them to make that date either based on what's happened so far and I probably won't be informed about it until I call them and ask them after I don't receive them on Monday. Now my project is behind schedule, and all because Milano Doors can't give an accurate product delivery date and was unprofessional in the way they run their business by not notifying the customer of these issues. HORRIBLE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS.

We've been trying to have someone to fix one of the doors for months and still no response. After weeks of calling finally Jose, the technician came (after a couple of no shows) and said he needed to order the part even though we were extremely clear on what the problem was on the call. Now he's had the part for over a month and still hasn't come back. He promises to come but never show up. Tried calling him, Anton and the office but only goes to vm and nobody calls back. This is by far the worst and frustrating customer service or rather no customer service we ever had. We spent thousands on their doors and they have no problem ignoring our calls. If you expect good, decent or any service after your purchase do not buy from Milano Doors! Beware of the good prices on their doors, unless you can fix problems yourself later you cannot get them to respond to any after purchase service coz their vm is always full!

No service after purchasing. Got order wrong. So it’s tough luck. No way to contact them. STAY AWAY unless you want stress and to be ignored .

Ordered 6 hinges on December 12th...Still have not received hinges. Called the company for update the end of December and one never came....had to called again ( X 5 days in a row)."let me get your info and get back to you"...NEVER ONCE did they get back to me. I'm canceling the order with my credit card company. Should have read the reviews on the internet before making a purchase with this company! BUYERS, BEWARE!

These people are scammers, ordered doors almost a year ago and i asked for a full refund of my monies,Andrew the salesman in Costa mesa is just awful as far as customer service is concerned, its just lie after lie from this company, stay away you will pay your money and they never return any type of communication.
