True White System

Be ware everyone!!! This company uses a very deceptive sales strategy. Like many other companies who rope you in with a very cheap price and in fine print hide the real price. I paid $7 for a kit and 2 wks later was charged $147. Totally preposterous!! When you call Costumer Service, all you get is an overseas call center that is nearly impossible to understand and are totally incapable of helping with a refund. DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered the trial teeth whitening system for $7.95 and an "upsell" pen for $9.95 (both were to cover shipping & handling) that never got here Two weeks later, my credit card was billed another $149.95 for the monthly maintenance system and my "free" trial. I called my credit card company, of course, and looked around the internet till I found the True White website and called. I'm supposed to track down the errant "free trial" system and send it back, at which time they'll refund my $149.95, but NOT the $7.96 or $9.95. And what if I CAN'T find it with the tracking #? They'll bump my complaint upstairs. In the meantime, I'm out a total of $177 and change, with no assurance that I'll be refunded AT ALL if I can't find the darn package.
