Today I was on pump #10 and I used my Apple Pay to get gas. My fuel was stopped and then cashier attendant Carlos came outside and tapped on my window to inform me he accidentally put the gas on the wrong pump for someone else. (They were on #4) I said ok no problem give me a second. I got in my car and put my mask on and as I was checking my account for accuracy Carlos began tapping on my window abruptly and demanding I get out of my car. He stood in front of my car and took a picture on his camera phone. He walked to the back of my car and took a picture of the license plate. I opened my door and told Carlos to please not knock on my window so aggressively I didn’t appreciate that and I told him I requested a second because I was on my phone. Carlos demanded I go inside with him to pay for the gas for the other persons pump. I said let’s go. When I got inside his attitude toward me changed he began apologizing for the mistake. It felt as if he was being Fake by presenting himself as polite and apologetic only because the customer of the other pump was there. And other customers waiting in line. Now I was forced to pay an amount I was not initially asking for. It caused me an inconvenience and unnecessary exposure to a crowded area where covid-19 is high, AND I noticed body damage to my window. I will be filing a corporate complaint and seeking fees for damages to my window.

They have SUCH GREAT DEALS!! I’m only coming here from now on if the deals are still better than everyone’s else. 👍🏼
