It all seemed perfect when I got a cal right after I signed up for a repayment program on my student loans. I thought they seemed like the real deal, until they change all your account information, including your email, so you never get updates on stuff. I paid $1200 or more for a loan consolidation just to find out all that money went into their pocket. I then spent $49.97 a month for them to do nothing. They said payments were being made toward my loans (even if I was supposed to qualify for a very low payment).
When I emailed to cancel my account, I never got a response until I said I got the authorities and my bank involved. My account got hit again, and was told that payment was in processing when I asked to cancel my account, but it was charged two weeks before it should have. When I asked about this, no response.
Please stay away from this organization.

I didnt know that they are a third party until now. They didnt help me anything about my payment. They changed my password and took all my account. Look like scams. Really disappointed and felt stupid because I spent the wrong money to them
