LOEWE Costa Mesa South Coast Plaza Store

I would give this store 0 stars if I could. I purchased a flamenco in deep purple when I was in Barcelona. It ended up needing a repair and I trusted this store to return it back to me safely. They shipped it back to my home with their shipping tag explicitly saying Loewe South Coast Plaza. That was already the first error since expensive packaging should NEVER put the logo ON THE SHIPPING LABEL. The bag was not in the box. All that was there was packaging paper. The second fault is that when I reported this to them and tried to follow up, they continued to tell me they were handling it FOR WEEKS. They did little to update me on the situation and I was left bag-less. I still dont have the bag to this day and they have not even contacted me one bit. The only souvenir I got for myself from Barcelona and its gone. This store has changed my views on Loewe and it is really unfortunate because I could have seen myself purchasing more in the future. But if this is what happens, I dont think I would trust my money with this.
