DIOR South Coast Plaza

Based on the reviews I was kind of dreading visiting this store, but I had a WONDERFUL 10/10 experience! Right away, Anna stepped in and asked what she could help me find, waited patiently while I looked through several bags and wallets, and then helped me pick the best quality Toujours bag out of the ones in stock! I am SO happy with my purchase and had the best time in the Dior store. All thanks to Anna! She treated me and my little boys with kindness and made the whole experience so enjoyable.

Worst experience Ive ever had at Dior! They were a little busy the day I went, however, when I tried to ask for help from a guy who had a rhombus pattern tattoo on his arm, he did not want to help me, he just told me that someone will help me when someone becomes available. Heres the kicker, he helped the people sitting right next to us on the chair even though they came in after us. Acting like youre better than the common person just because you work at Dior is hilarious. Take that attitude elsewhere. Even though I wasnt able to find the slides I wanted, the guy who ended up helping me was very helpful and courteous.

DO NOT shop at this location!! I usually don't even leave bad reviews but the staffs wasted our time and provided a horrible experience for us. We came in to hopefully exchange a gift we received and the staff refunded money back to the gifter instead. They did not communicate clearly that the money would be returned to the original gifter. We have mentioned multiple times that it was a gift and it needs to be exchanged but the staffs were extremely rushed and failed to fulfill our request. We wasted hours trying to resolve the issue but there were no accommodations made at the end. Instead, the manager was extremely nasty and rude towards us. The entire experience was unprofessional and sad that my sister had to walk away empty handed. Shop anywhere but this store! Do not waste your time and deal with nasty attitudes.
