AT&T Store

Special shout out to HECTOR for being the most kind, professional and patient person to work with! This is the BEST AT&T store - and the manager, Crystal, is awesome! Thank you guys for everything!

I had multiple issues w/my older 8th generation iPhone . After outage, relative in US could not connect on screen, and staff helped me find missed VM on blocked calls. Staff suggested I re-do his section of contacts ..Couldnt resolve prob with help and needed to appear in person w/phone. I needed to leave b4 last suggestion (get new SIM card) and delete as many VM and messages as possible b4 returning Staff was avail to help but I rely on OCTA access and had to be outside waiting so I could be picked up The HC entrance was great and staff on my 3rd Success trip again helpful,knowledgeable, courteous EVERY TIME . Staff are well trained and know their stuff.Recommending THIS location to all my senior friends @ OASIS (CdMar) & CMSrCtr (Costa Mesa)

I had a panic attack after deleting some info from my phone. I went to this ATT store and Marvin saved my life! Everyone who works here is kind and helpful. You want to shop here! Give Marvin a raise!

Worst experience, came today 13.10.2023 to the store to disconnect the line and take a new phone, the staff did not help us, said " call yourself and watch the video on the website" and the site is not working.... I'm wondering what the employees are for in the store? So that I, a migrant without English and with bugs on the site, could sit and figure out how to disconnect lines? I will write a complaint to the general director! In other countries, we didn't do anything ourselves, it's a service of store employees, I'm not a programmer to deal with your site.
