Costa Mesa Buick GMC

I had my appointment at 9 :30 am I was probably 10 mins early. I did not get checked in until 10ish?? Some of the advisors seemed more concerned about some Salsa and chips that some random guy got for them...Not only that...the guy that got them chips and salsa ..straight looked at me and asked me.if I was Phillipino? Weird. 2nd) Once my advisor asked for my keys and I gave them to him he asked " Where is your remote sir " I believed he said..wich I responded I don't have one... my truck Is a 98 I felt he looked at me with a little weird. My truck was ready about an hour after I was promised it would be ready. It was my first time using that dealership for an oil change and probably will be my last.

I had a terrible experience at this dealership. Johnny, who I believe was a financial manager was incredibly rude and condescending, the way he spoke to me is unacceptable, and another staff was present as a witness. He deliberately spoke to me as if I was stupid and chewed him gum obnoxiously as he spoke to me. Then when my husband said that we did not want to make business with him, he left and then came back mocking my husband saying well i dont want to waste their time as another coworker tried to detour him from us. As a nurse, I come across very un-polite people often, but as a paying customer, never in my life had I been disrespected like Johnny had treated me. I would not recommend this place to anyone. On the plus side, the only good thing I can say about this dealership, David and Cristian were nothing but sweet and genuine while we were there. If you had to make business with anyone at that dealership, talk to one of them. It is unfortunate that such great people such as David and Cristian work alongside someone so unprofessional.

Place worked on my wifes car and returned it damaged. Both front fenders are sticking out 1/4. Looks like the mechanic placed the hydraulic lift on the body of my car and pushes out the front fenders along with the damage from the lift. They said they didnt not damage my car and there is nothing they will do. So filed a claim with my insurance company and will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau. Wish I could add pictures
