It's really nice here at this store. A place i would not normally shop, but your boy does a love a good discount. The discount stuff is on the second store. I did see that there were some camping chairs were 30% off so thats good.

I think you are a terrible company. You sold me a jacket that I purchased online for 164$. Regularly the jacket was 300 and some change. As I was waiting for the jacket to be shipped, you sent me an email stating that you were out of the product in that size. For some reason I had a funny feeling about this, so I checked your website for the same jacket. You were still selling the jacket i bought, in the same color, and the same size, but you had changed the price back to it original price, over 300$. So I addressed my concerns with your customer service, and you the response I got was that "hey here is a 10%off coupon, basically, you should be happy with that." That's how I felt I was treated. And even days later, the jacket they told me was sold out is still being sold in my size in the same color I purchased, they just don't want to honor the sale price. They raised the price almost 200 dollars. It's pretty sad when a company is that shady. I will never do business with them again other than to tell others never to shop there and why. Please stay away from this company. If I could give them less than 1 star I would, it's just not an option.

I received a gift purchased from their shop and do not live in the city from which it was purchased (though am a few hours away). Unfortunately the gift was the wrong size and this shop is very rigid with their exchange policy, even though I have the receipt and never wore the item. There was no way for me to get to their store within 30 days of purchase being a new mom and working full time. Im disappointed that I wont get to enjoy the item due their lack of flexibility and understanding. Most other stores I have purchased from or have received gifts from have had more room for flexibility if purchased within 60-90 days, especially for a brand new unworn item.
