        I actually really appreciate all the nice staff at this location on Newport and 17th in Costa Mesa. Ive been using chase for a very long time and the staff here is always just so kind and friendly. Also, this location has a drive thru.

        This place is terrible. Condescending and misogynistic glorified sales agents that will try and gas light you. Avoid at all costs. But you already know that based on their 1 star review Was a loyal chase customer for years but will never open another checking account with them.
