        Hear USA offered a very comfortable experience. I felt affirmed and optimistic regarding improving my hearing, and the provider, Michelle was very knowledgeable and caring.

        Will definitely have to come back to this establishment to see Michelle. Yes everyone is helpful because it's their job but to Michelle, it was effortless and didn't appear as a "job" for her. She was helpful, extremely PATIENT both with the technological issues we had and PATIENT w/our many questions. She did NOT rush. She did not rush us out to appease a spontaneous walk-in pt and did NOT rush even though it was cutting close to the lunch hr. Employees like Michelle need to be verbally praised within the establishment and I HOPE this gets her Supervisor's attention. Ideally, an acknowledgement, verbal praise and a monetary bump would be ideal; however, we know the reality. In any case Michelle...you are AWESOME! THANK YOU, you are greatly appreciated!

        I went to Huntington Beach HearUSA because Costa Mesa was closed. But after waiting 2 weeks for Hearing aids replacement to arrive I had to call to find out that oh they were never actually ordered, so sorry. Needless to say when Costa Mesa reopened I went there instead, where Michelle took care of everything the right way! Its totally worth driving to see her in Costa Mesa. Four hearing aids later plus the latest hearing aid which I bought today. Shes so intelligent, informed and aware of all the latest technology. I wont go on anywhere else but Michelle at HearUSA in Costa Mesa!

        We met with Michelle. Very personable and knowledgeable. Explained the hearing loss and all of our options thoroughly. Wheelchair accessible and doorways/path to the office we great. Receptionist is a sweetheart. Highly recommend HearUSA to anyone needing help in choosing a hearing aid. Prices are affordable and they have financing.
