        DO NOT move here! They are under construction, renovating balconies and it is SO LOUD AND DUSTY!! !! And management ( Michelle ) told us we could go to the club house to relax. We were like what!!! You want us to go spend 8 hours of our day to get away from the noise!!!??! And they think 400$ credit toward rent is sufficient for all the noise, dust, etc.. She then told us; well thats what we agreed on. Who? Did you ask us the tenants? No. So the resolution was we can not do anything about it .Bravo!!

        the maintenance team here is incredible. Junior, Manny, Danny, Luis are just a few of the amazing crew here. Theyre always prompt and I love how they take the time to explain the issue. Very helpful and they literally make this place run.

        This complex has amazing customer service. I am very happy with my experience with them thus far. They go out of their way to make sure that even the smallest issues are resolved in a timely manner. This is a wonderful place to live, and they will address your issues down to a T. I highly recommend residing at this complex, as the good customer service makes it that much better of an experience.

        Irvine Company is a business, there are other places to live but in an Irvine company complex/unit it has laundry and garage included(among other great amenities)and that's worth every penny, especially in these days and times. I lived at the Enclave for 3.5 years total. I was able to move and experience different units & buildings with no issues. With my last lease I was able to secure the longest terms for the most inexpensive pricing because I was under contract with Irvine Pacific and getting a brand new home build in one of the villages of Irvine. Because of that there would be no penalty for breaking my lease since The Enclave had the proof that I was in contract with Irvine Pacific and basically Irvine Co was getting my money in the end. Just thought I'd share. Enjoy the community. Love where you live they say...
