Orange Bay Apartments

Orange Bay Apartments is home! The complex is located next to the "downtown" of Costa Mesa and walking distance to many restaurants. Not far from the beach, the complex has so much to offer for all age types. Management is always so responsive during any sort of needs. They are quick to assist with any maintenance requirements - I recently had an issue with my water heater and it was replaced in a timely manner with no hassle. I love my apartment, the other tenants are so respectful and I truly enjoy my time here (great parking access for guests also!!)

Chela, the property is amazing!! She is super responsive, patient and gracious with any question or problem you may have.  She goes above and beyond to make sure your issue is resolved promptly and follows up to make sure you are satisfied with the resolution.  Chela's attention to detail, strong work ethic, quick response time and customer service make Orange Bay the best apartment complex in Costa Mesa, the awesome location and quality of the complex are just a bonus.  If you have the opportunity to live here, definitely take it, you won't find a better property manager in Orange County guaranteed!

I have been living at Orange Bay apartments for almost a year now and it has been such a great community! The apartment is very spacious and parking is never an issue!!!!! The community manager Chela is absolutely amazing and is always on top of things!
