(Translated by Google) The building is very old, it has three floors, all the noise is very bad and the people are very unpleasant when the ambulance came for me, in their report they said that I lived in a place of government rehabilitation, haha, because the place is very ugly (Original) El edificio es muy viejo son de tres pisos todo el ruido es muy malo y las personas son Muy desagradables cuando vino la ambulancia por mi en su reporte pusieron q viva en un lugar de gobierno de rehabilitacin jaja q porq est muy feo el lugar

Let me start by saying the only good thing here is the maintenence workers themselves. Never had a problem with them, just how the place is run. Me and my wife lived here for a little over a year and it is by far the worst location we have stayed in so cal. Not sure where to even begin. Number one problem was they only give you one parking space, everyone else has to park outside of the complex either across the street or outside the gate. Good luck lol. We were told it would be easy to find a space, but sometimes I would have to drive up and down streets 6 or 7 times to find a place to park. Not to mention they have a street sweeper so you have to go outside, move your car somewhere else for 2 hours (can't park in the complex though) and then go and move your car again back to the other side of the street because another street sweeper comes on that street. Lots of homeless around too, I parked on the street because someone ran after my wife once when she did. Next is their pet policies. We had several notices put on our door saying we would be fined 100$ for not cleaning up after our dog. I literally wasn't paying attention one time, and a maintence worker mentioned to me my dog had went to the bathroom so I said sorry and picked it u. No big deal right? Wrong lol. Got 2 or 3 notices on my door after that one time. Worst part was I had seen other people deliberately leave their dog droppings and they never got any sort of warning. Which leads me to my third point which is the management plays favorites. I was told I was not allowed to park in the guest parking until after 5 p.m. i parked there one time for 5 minutes and I come back to my car with a note saying they will tow me next time. Meanwhile they allow their friends to park there from 4:30 leaving no additional parking. I had even gone inside to ask if I could park there at 4:45 and they told me to wait, and while waiting in my car another person drove around me and parked there, so I waited and no one came out to say anything. And my final problem was when 2 tenants got into a fight outside my front door and cut eachother with knives. I had to secure the knives so these 2 wouldn't murder eachother on my doorstep and the blood was there for days afterwards. No one cleaned or sanitized it they just left it there. Awesome. I honestly liked the blood more than the mold that stretched all around the windows and walls in the bedroom. I complained to management about the mold and they told me to clean it with bleach. If you are thinking about living here, I hope you read my review and seriously consider other options first. Harbor village appartment down the road were much nicer, was so dissapointed I moved from there to this place.

I lived there until June 2018 for a year. The land lady is amazing. The maintenance crew is very kind and helpful. Neighbors smoke meth on their balcony. And you need a clicker to open the gate from the inside, meaning visitors cannot leave without a tenant present, so visitors lay on their horn at 3am until someone lets them out.
