I called them to get my compressor repaired and was called back with instructions to check a few things before I came in. A repair was notneeded after all. It's very very rare that a business will take the time to diagnose over the phone. It certainly needs to be recognized and appreciated, which I do.  Thank you Barton for your honesty and a call back and taking the time to talk to me. It saved me time and money. A class act.

Bad experience so far, took my unit in for repairs on Nov 2021, so far its May 2022 and the unit is still not repaired. communication is bad, rarely answers the phone or calls back. I understand there are set backs but not for 6 months. Frank explained the parts he received from the factory are wrong. I called the factory and no parts are on order for Barton Industrial. The factory tried doing a 3 way call and of course no one answers the phone. I will consider removing or editing this post if my unit is done before the end of next week.

Russ is an air compressor wiz! Called Barton Industrial because I was having issues with my compressor motor overheating and shutting off. Russ came out right away to diagnose it. He needed to order a couple of parts, so he came back 2 days later for the repair. Compressor has been working fine ever since. Very knowledgeable and explains everything in detail.
