    My dad was discharged from hospital and had home health order when he got home.  4 days before nurse came out and over 2 weeks no PT or OT???? I had called to inquire and they seemed obvious that an order was given by MD for my dad.  Clinical staff did find but office/admin is poorly ran.  I wouldn't recommend seacrest to anyone!

    No communication. No sympathy, rude attitude.  Seems like lack of medication doosind level and schedule experience in dosing for comfort mental and physical end of life. Missed gagging spitting up green phlemb then blood by saying just throat muscles. Did not maintain personal care such as orders for grooming like toenails cut. NO CALL OR CARD AFTER PASSING of condolences. Very strange experience from what we were expecting hearing from the insurance company what to expect and from friends who have all experienced hospice for family members. Proceed with caution.

    Kristie skipped at least one of the insurance-paid sessions (out of 4). Was at least 20 minutes late each time (she gave eta of 17 minutes late but she was at least 20 minutes, more like 30+ minutes late). And it would be ok if she was late, but she would cut my mom's session short and would only stay 15 minutes (max) out of the 45 minutes sessions. Spent most of that 15 minutes saying random things. Hardly helped my mom with anything. In the last session (4/4) she pushed for a day I specifically had stated my mom will tentatively have appointment with her cardiovascular specialist. She is on the waitlist. And when I confirmed it with her she said that she does not have time to reschedule and is very busy. And that she will have another person contact us to cover that but no one called or came. And quite frankly neither my mom, nor us found her responsible, professional, ethical, or helpful at all. I think their entity cares more about just collecting the fees from the insurance company rather than caring for the patients.

    They get the job done but they are lazy and liars and condescending. If you ask questions, they talk to you in a harsh and condescending tone. My nurse told me she ordered my supplies immediately after leaving my house but I know thats not true because when I spoke to the office they said the order was placed the following day at 3pm. My nurse knew I was short on supplies so I had to pay a friend to go out and get supplies for me when all this should be covered by insurance. Every single time I have texted my nurse or had to speak to the office, I was treated extremely unfairly and like a nuisance to them. This is not how nurses should behave to their patients (Im a nurse so I know what they are doing is very wrong). Sea Crest needs to get a handle on things and treat their patients with more respect and dignity.
