        I bought two sets of keys, then send a copy of each across country. Neither one worked. So, I ended up sending the originals overnight. I wasted my money and I'd have to do too much just to get my money back. There is nothing on the machine to allow you to scrape the excess burrs off, so in this case a live person would definitely be the better solution.
