5 weeks ago today, I had the most ,seriously, most wonderful car buying experience of my life. I had a one-on-one with Lisa, as Tony was "off" that day. I had already looked at a truck in Orange earlier that morning and was completely unsatisfied with the whole experience. I then called my 2nd choice. Lisa answered the phone and from start to finish, I was treated with the utmost of professionalism, a connection was made!! I was supposed to buy my beautiful Toyota truck from Select Auto & RV because it was so easy, effortless, and everything just clicked into place. I highly recommend them for your next car buying endeavor.

Recently drove to Corona from San Diego to test drive a vehicle from Select Auto and Rv. I contacted Lisa who was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Took the car for a test drive. It was in perfect condition. The best part was the interaction with Lisa and her husband. They didn't lie about anything, they weren't pushy about making a purchase. It was the best car buying experience ever. I've purchased 5 or 6 vehicles and by far this was the easiest. From start to finish I was in and out test drive included in a hour and a half. I've spent 8 plus hours at other dealerships banging my head on the wall dreading my decision to purchase. I highly recommend Select Auto and RV. They also provided a Military discount which was just a bonus.

Great all around experience! No pressure, gimmicks, or tricks! After 2 weeks enduring the shady and slimy car dealers in the LA area, that try to pass off old beat up cars as a good deal, with horrendous mark ups and questionable maintenance. I thankfully found Select Auto and RV through the True Car website, and all was well again. Lisa was honest and always spoke in clear detail about what you are getting and the advertised price that I saw online, was the final price when I arrived. No hidden charges or dealer added items tacked on at the end to drive up the price, like the anti-theft device or undercoating scams most dealers are notorious for. This was one of the most painless and rewarding used car sales that I have experienced to date, and will highly recommend to friends, family, and co-workers.

I recently acquired a low mileage Tacoma from these folks and I'm very happy with the purchase. I believe that they thoroughly check out the vehicles they sell but even so through no fault of theirs a minor problem did arise on my 500 mile trip home. The truck got stuck in 4wd high. This was possibly due to a lack of 4wd use by previous owner causing some 'stickiness' in the mechanism but also possible that I did something out of sequence being it was a new truck for me. The extended warranty wouldn't cover the cost for getting it unstuck because there was actually nothing wrong....it works fine now. Tony gladly paid the bill for the mechanic so I believe they truly stand by the vehicles they sell which is better than standing in front considering how some people drive nowadays. UPDATE. The 4wd problem did re-emerge and Tony paid for more than half of the part even though he was under no obligation to do so. I did the labor myself and am satisfied with the outcome.
