        DO NOT COME TO THIS UPS STORE! They wanted to charge me $2 to tape a bag?!!!?? Yes, the tape fee has gone up, I see that a month ago the review mentioned the tape fee was $1.25, now it is $2. And the review also had a reply from the merchant "Thank you for bringing this to our attention", they never improve because they have no shortage of customers. They never improve because they have no shortage of customers. RIDICULOUS!! The owner of this store is out of their mind for charging STUPID UNNECESSARY FEES for basic services that others near by dont even charge! Drive to another one and get better customer service!

        I can't figure out what this Taiwanese owner Ms. Teresa Wang who runs this store has a superiority complex, The service attitude of this store has been bad, I know all the ups in this area are franchised by her, but there is no need to treat the customers like this, please enhance your basic service attitude, I've politely contacted the owner and She replied to me once and then blackballed me.

        Always quick, they have most everything I need and the customer service is great. They dont have a huge turn over rate so I usually get the same people Ive been seeing for years! Makes things much easier, friendlier and I feel safe sending things.
