I moved into my home in 2007 & had not needed to drain my septic tank until 2022 when my home started backing up with water. When West End Plumbing Company arrived at my home, one hour after I had called them, they 1st removed my heavy concrete lids that covered my septic tank. The amount of roots that were in my tank was absolutely horrifying to me. Hugh heavy piles of roots mixed with sludge & ???? I Immediately thought to myself, this guy is never going to be able to pump anything out & he's sure not going to help with the removal of all these roots. But thank the LORD I was wrong. The guy grabbed some tools & started to slowly break up the roots. I grabbed a shovel myself because I was desperate to have plumbing back in my home again. Both of us worked very hard at removing the roots. Finally he was not only able to drain everything, but his pump also sucked out all the roots that were at the bottom of my tank. I have to be honest, I am so very happy that West End Plumbing Company didn't leave me stranded but instead worked hard to remove all of my roots & successfully drained my entire tank, roots, sludge & all. The only thing that I'm bummed about is, that I never took a picture of how bad my tank was & how clean it now looks. I recommend West End Plumbing Company for your septic tank needs.

Horrible!!! Super Bad! Very Messy! Super late. Told me He was Coming Made me Waite 4 Hours Saying he was on his Way making Excuses! The worst Experience ever! Dont recommend This Company. Dont Let them waist your time.
