        Made appointment for Monday 5/11/2020, and was greeted by Kawika. Kawika was very respectful and give his full attention in getting our storage assigned to us. The service was outstanding and the property was clean and presentable. It's also convenient that Springfield Marriott Hotel is adjacent to the property.

        price jumps often. Toxic hazard! mouse droppings all over my unit, had to trash everything, they even got into my plastic bins! This is a huge hazard that can make people sick. One time I opened the door and a black widow fell from the top less than an inch from my feet, got lucky it didnt make contact with my body. And disgusting, a mouse jumped out of one of my half-opened boxes one day and scurried away honest to God. When I got the furniture trashed I found spider EGG sacs in the corner and I open my storage about once a month so its not due to inactivity. dont have anything to attract animals so make your decisions for this storage wisely. The wavy grooves of the metal panels collect dust and that dust causes dust mites so anytime I went to get something from storage I would get itchy. Front desk offers to spray my unit but it was already too late..may as well go to a new unit without the problem now, broken-hearted that even handmade items from my grandma had to be thrown out because of their pest problem. Please do not rent from this place if you have sentimental items stored there, this is your honest to God warning. I hope this doesnt happen to someone else.

In addition to hiring a pest control vendor to perform preventative maintenance at our facility, our team does all that they can to abate rodents and other pests. Rodents will find ways to occupy units with food or adjacent units that store these types of items. It is for this reason that we ask our customers not store any food or perishables in their units, and any large appliances be cleaned prior to storing.
