This appraiser is unprofessional does shoddy write ups and missed the mark on our home by $150,000 his appraisal was so bad other appraisers have recommended suing him do not use this guy.

My wife and I bought a new build from Griffin Residential. We have been in our home for almost a year now and I would have to say we are very pleased with our home and Griffin. We bought our home during the pandemic and yes it was delayed, but this was to be expected. Griffin did a good job communicating along the way about any delays. I think when buying a tract home, it's helpful for the buyer to understand that multiple homes are being built by 10+ different trades and that there may be small issues here and there once you move in. Where a builder shines in my opinion is how they deal with any issues after the fact and I would have to say that Griffin has done an excellent job in that regard. When we moved in there were a few items that needed to be address and Griffin responded immediately and scheduled service right away. 8 months later and we love our home and neighborhood. We would definitely recommend Griffin to anyone looking to purchase a new home from them.

Me and my husband are quite pleased with the layout and quality of our brand new home in Harmony Grove built by Griffin Residential As expected with a new build, there were some discrepancies but we have worked with Griffin and had them resolved in a fair manner. During the building phase we were very diligent and eager observing the building process, and they were very accommodating and patient with us :-) Especially in the time of COVID where everyone got affected with timelines. Valerie and Christine have been great with us and they were a huge part of that good sales and customer service we experienced. We really appreciate it!

Griffin Residential is a nice home to live. I bought my house from Griffin Residential at Riverside on oct 2018. Very nice floor plan and design. Very nice purchase experience and nice neighbor also. Our family enjoy the home very much . I think this is best real Estate company .
