From beginning to end, Jana Walchle was so helpful and knowledgeable with every detail on the sale of our home.  She gave us help in preparing our home for sale, such as room staging and cleaning out unnecessary items.  The marketing of our home with really great photography to present it in the best light on various online sources was very professional.  She was able to explain all the paperwork with us and patient when we didn't understand or needed further explanation.  She checked in on us frequently and was available for questions at any time, and answered us quickly.  She pretty much held our hands throughout the entire process.  I also want to express our gratitude to her team, and especially her husband, Richard.  Everyone did everything possible to make this a smooth and painless experience.  Selling a place that has been our first home together for many years was very hard, but Jana and her team understood that and helped us to get through it.  We are grateful for all she and her team did for us.  We made a great relationship with them and will use them in the future.
