They care about service, provide detailed records, and do a great job making sure that everything is working perfectly so we can enjoy our spa and pool! Very impressed, also, with the up front inspection they complete to make sure I knew if any issues persisted, with zero hidden up charges for unneeded services. Switch to them!!!

Rick from ORCA Pool Service Corona has brought our pool from a green algae mess to a sparkling clean pool. It is great looking out and seeing a crystal clear pool. Thanks Rick. Rick is reliable and easily reachable via phone and text messaging. We regret not using Ryan from day one.

I've been a customer of ORCA Pool Service Corona for some time now, and I must say, Rick has made the experience absolutely seamless and exceptional. His punctuality is commendable; he's always on time and respects my schedule. Communication is one of Rick strong suits. He's upfront and clear about everything, keeping me updated on changes in chemical levels or anything else I should be aware of. I also love that he sends me a photo of the pool once it's been cleaned. It's a nice touch that adds an extra layer of assurance. The weekly reports I receive are comprehensive yet easy to understand, and my pool has never looked better. Seriously, the water is crystal-clear, and the chemical balance is always spot-on, thanks to Rick. Billing is another area where ORCA Pool Service Corona and Rick shine. The automatic billing process eliminates any need for me to keep track, making the service even more convenient. All in all, I can't recommend Rick from ORCA Pool Service Corona highly enough. If you're in Corona and need top-notch pool service, look no further.

This review has been long over due. We started using ORCA Pool Service Corona after another company here in Corona, which will remain nameless, never showed up on the scheduled days, no communication with changes to the schedule, didn't clean the filter, our pool turned green not once but twice, got charged extra to fix it, high turn over of employees, etc etc. Honestly they just didn't seem to care about their business. Decided to give ORCA Pool Service Corona a try because of their good reviews. Best decision ever. Our pool has looked amazing ever since they took over. There has also been ZERO issues. They ALWAYS show up at the schedule day, If there is a change they communicate PRIOR to the adjustment and let you know via email. I cannot say enough good things about them. They are professional, take pride in their work, and have consistent great service. This is what i want in a company. Give them a try.
