Worst feeling ever when you find out that there is a pipe leaking under your homes slab.. We have a policy thru HomeServ who uses Frassica, Inc to handle my worst nightmare. Russell was dispatched 1st to verify the call. He was able to verify the problem and actually found the area where the leak was located. Prepped the area. Then Angel was dispatched. Angel dug thru the slab, patched the pipe and filled the hole. I have no idea how I would have gotten thru this without the Techs from Frassica! Thanks!! Steve Z

This is our second tone using Frassica through HomeServe USA. The service was outstanding and when we needed them for this emergency last Wednesday, they were here same day! Jose and his assistant worked efficiently and cleanly. Could not ask for a better experience! Highly recommended.
