Graziano's Pizza Restaurant

First time here. Pretty decent crust and not oily. Margherita could use a little more cheese, most slices were just sauce and bread. I'll give it another try. Edit: dined in for the first time and the experience is pretty dismal. You have to get your own plates/napkins/condiments and the video games are expensive. The air hockey table doesn't work well btw. Vegetarian options: Has a few veg options.

Another update: 4/7/2024: Amazing service and food, but I cannot fathom more than $60 for two medium, 1 topping pizzas and a garlic knots. We just ordered our very last tasty pizza from you. Lowered the stars due to cost. Sorry, Im not rich, nor is this a rich neighborhood. I felt the need to come back and write a second review. Again, the food was super tasty as always! My second review is more about their impressive customer service. Always polite, and always helpful! For me, customer service is so important and the face of a company. It can either make or break your business, no matter how good the food is. This is the second time Ive tried to order online to receive their free order of garlic knots. The girl on the phone was kind in taking my order. When I arrived to pick my order up, I was greeted with a genuine smile. I inquired about their advertisement and explained that I had trouble ordering online. To my surprise, they had already comped the garlic knot order and they were super kind about. No argument, justnice. Its hard to find quality customer service anywhere anymore. Grazianos Pizza on Magnolia will always be our first choice. Great good, great customer service and fun entertainment for the whole family.. We will definitely be coming back! Customer service was just as good as the food. Spot on! I tried to make my order online but it wasnt allowing me.. so I called my order in. The girl that took my order was easy to understand and polite. My pizza was done to perfection in a timely manner and the guy behind the counter was pleasant. I walked away feeling like they appreciate their customers. Pizza was really flavorful and cooked just right. Only thing, I did try to order online. Wish I got the free garlic knots as advertised. Maybe next time I will place my order online with their help. Otherwise, the experience was great! Kid-friendliness: They have a great little arcade to keep kids busy while adults enjoy their food, drinks and conversation. Nice atmosphere.

Order their garlic knots they are delicious. The pizza is also very taste. The wings are tasty also. Kids had a blast playing the games.

Had a mini family reunion in their private room. Pizzas, chicken, soft drinks and beer. Food was good and employees were friendly and efficient at feeding such a large group. Thank you for hosting our family.
