Dont bother with this place. I went in for my appointment today at 12:45 It was 50 minutes late and I was still waiting. The Dr. Decided to take a previous patient. They never have available appointments and will never return your phone call. They just lost 4 clients today. My kids and I will look somewhere else. !!

I checked in recently to get an updated glasses presciption and had a very positive and pleasant experience! Making an Appointment was easy because the Office has very well trained and properly qualified Receptionists who pick up within 3 rings and understand the value of using calm and friendly Communication Etiquette. The Receptionist was very organized in letting me know which dates were available for Dr. Orielle to see me, and the day before my appointment I recieved a helpful Courtesy Text Reminder of the confirmed time of my Appointment too!When I arrived for my Appointment it flew by fairly quickly since the Office was well staffed. The Receptionists in the front helped me fill out my Paperwork and did the usual protocol of having me take some Eye Tests before seeing Dr. Orielle, and when I was finally called in Dr. Orielle was very Stylishly Chic and Efficient with her Hustle! She made me feel very relaxed and well cared for, and communicated frequently to make the process feel as easy and smoothly organized as possible.When I was done with my Exam the Receptionists in the front were kind with answering questions about how much it would cost with my Insurance for a Contact Lense fitting Exam. In addition, Isabel helped me select a Stylishly Cool pair of Glasses which I am looking forward to recieving and gave me a realistic date to expect the arrival of my Finished Frames. I really appreciated how she kept all my Paperwork organized for me too!The three suggestions I have for the Optometry to level up the quality of the Hospitality would be to offer Face Masks for those of us who didn't know we were supposed to bring one (or include that information in the Courtesy texts), to play some soft and relaxing Music in the background, and to invest in more Professional Looking Attire/Team Uniforms for the Front Desk Staff.Overall I would definitely recommend, keep up the great work!

Gotta agree with Natalie M. on this one. My wife and I have had scheduled appointments on multiple occasions, only to show up on time and the offices aren't even open yet. The most recent case, they were supposed to open at 10am. I showed up for my appointment early, which was scheduled for 10:30. They still weren't open (see photo below), so I called and left a voicemail. They called me back at 11, trying to get me to reschedule yet again. We're done with this place, and I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere too.

I've been going to this optometrist for over 6 years. My whole family goes to them i.e my husband, parents, and siblings.Always great customer service and nice selection of frames. They also adjust the frames for you for free. I don't think we will ever go to a different place.
