I ordered a base motor for one of my older dental chairs and was told by them that they don't have the exact matching motor . Based on that I decided not to fix it and leave the chair just as is. After a month, I surprisingly received a motor from them and assumed that it was the right part. My tech was able to come down to the office and look at it. He removed it from the box, unwraped it and confirmed that it is not the right part without even connecting wires because it has a completely different shank size. I returned the motor to them as-is, hoping to get a credit. Unfortunately they told me the motor did not work after inspection and they did not even credit me a penny.
