Always a great experience at this Mazda dealership. Adrian went above and beyond to help me out; I appreciate it very much. Upgraded my 2021 CX-5 to a 2024. The transition went smoother than I had anticipated.

Don't trust this dealer. They are cashing in on their Google ratings. A lot of them dealers will rip you off with very poor deals. As well as, when someone scores low on Google ratings to say what really happened to them, immediately 4/5 people come and share their favorable reviews, that's weird isn't it?

Making an edit to this review. When I asked about some of the add ons to the vehicle they lied to us. Add ons are included in the price meaning they will add 2,995 to purchase price without really giving you any options. I found out later and unfortunately the shotty work of this dealership caused the door edge guards to fail two weeks later. Rear bumper applique is no where to be found, Karr alarm system has no login or information, and their nitrogen tire is a subscription that has wasnt disclosed as a subscription. BE CAREFUL WITH ERIK AND STEVEN. Dont trust anyone at this dealership. Everything is included apparently to these two Do your homework and make sure they arent sneaking in items you dont want. This added 3 grand to a purchase I thought was going to be 23,000 turning into 26,000 without me being the wiser.

Just to save you some time. If youre interested in any sort of used truck for sale at this dealership, just be prepared to pay an extra $12,000 extra on top of the listed price. This extra cost is for the dealer installed lift, tires, and wheels. Looked at a truck listed at $25,000, and once we got to the paperwork, it turned out to be $37,000 because of the extras. Think about this. They wanted $700 a month for 72 months with $6,000 down for a 2019 used truck with 38k miles just because it has a lift. And thats with excellent credit. The 25k listed price after all accessories, fees and taxes came out to a total of 43k. As a side note, the lift was not a full lift. Looked like a spindle lift and block kit, maybe 1k at best with fuel wheels and tires. No skid plates, no crossmembers, no obvious suspension upgrades. Just FYI.
